Session length: 20-30 minutes · Recommended initial protocol: 3 sessions every 3-4 weeks + maintenance every 6-12 months
Skinboosters is a deep hydration treatment based on micro-injections of low-density hyaluronic acid, distributed evenly across the skin rather than at specific points.
Unlike dermal fillers, Skinboosters don't add volume: their purpose is to boost hydration from within the skin, progressively and naturally improving its elasticity, radiance, and texture.
It can be applied to the face, neck, décolletage, and hands, always by licensed physicians.
Who is this for?
- Dehydrated, dull skin lacking radiance.
- Fine lines from dehydration (not deep wrinkles).
- Loss of elasticity and firmness in the face, neck, décolletage, or hands.
- As a preventive treatment from age 25-30.
- As a complement to other facial treatments to enhance results.
Not recommended if:
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have an active infection in the area to be treated.
- You have a known allergy to hyaluronic acid.
Results: For the best results, an initial protocol of 3 sessions spaced 3-4 weeks apart is recommended, followed by maintenance sessions every 6-12 months. Improvement is gradual and natural-looking: more hydrated, radiant, and elastic skin from the first sessions.
Step by step, your comfort first
Preparation
Cleansing the skin and, if needed, applying topical anaesthetic for greater comfort.
Application
Using micro-injections or a fine cannula, the hyaluronic acid is distributed evenly across the area being treated. The session lasts between 20 and 30 minutes.
Afterwards
It's normal to notice small papules or mild redness for 24-48 hours. You can resume your usual routine immediately.
Before you decide
What are skinboosters?
They are very fluid hyaluronic acid formulations that deeply hydrate the skin and improve its radiance and elasticity. Ideal for dull or dehydrated skin.
Do they add volume like a filler?
No. Unlike a filler, they don't add volume or change contour: they improve skin quality from within.
How many sessions do I need?
They're usually planned in short courses of several spaced-out sessions, followed by maintenance. We'll define this based on your skin.
Does it hurt?
It's well tolerated. There may be slight marks or some swelling for the first few days, which resolve on their own.
