Lymphatic Drainage Massage

A therapeutic massage that stimulates the lymphatic system and reduces the feeling of tired legs.

Masaje Drenante

Session: 45-60 minutes depending on the area · Manual technique, no devices · Complements Pressotherapy and fat-reduction protocols

Lymphatic Drainage Massage (manual lymphatic drainage) stimulates the lymphatic system through gentle, rhythmic movements, helping to eliminate retained fluids and toxins. It follows the anatomical path of the lymphatic vessels with specific pressure and direction.

Treatment areas: Legs, Abdomen, Arms, Full body.

Who is this for?
- Fluid retention and swelling.
- Tired or heavy legs, especially after long periods standing or sitting.
- As a complement to fat-reduction treatments or post-surgical recovery (under medical indication).

Not recommended if you have thrombosis or an active circulatory problem, an active infection or inflammation in the area, or during the early weeks of pregnancy without medical authorisation.

Results: The feeling of lighter legs is usually noticeable from the first session. For a cumulative effect, a protocol of several weekly sessions is recommended.
